Review of 'Natura' Organic Fortified Soy Beverage (Vanilla Light)

Natura -- Organic Fortified Soy Beverage (Vanilla Light) (vegan)
Overall Rating: 4.5/5
Summary: Well it really is vanilla 'light'. The vanilla flavour is subtle and lightly sweet and it works. It's a fresh, smooth and creamy soy milk and works realllly well in coffee. I will definitely buy this again and I recommend it!

Yay for organic. These ingredients are great and as is the nutritional profile. For 110 calories, a glass will provide healthy fats, a nice amount of potassium, and 7g of protein (sweet!). I'm also really happy with the 30% calcium, since (as with many women), I'm usually relying on daily calcium supplements.

Check out their recipe for Spiced Rice Pudding! It looks really yummy.
